Appointments

​

Last-minute cancellations, lateness, and no-shows have a significant negative impact on our ability to provide outstanding service to all clients equally. If you must cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 business hours’ notice.

​

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the service price of your appointment. No-show appointments will be charged up to 100% of the service price.

If you are delayed by more than 15 min, please call and let us know to make sure we still have time to  do your service as it is booked. As always, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payments

​

We require a valid credit card or payment method to reserve and hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged in advance, and it will not be saved in our system without your knowledge and consent.  

​

Some services, such as hair extensions, may require an advanced deposit to purchase hair, products or supplies before the actual service can be performed.

​

Returns and Redoes

​

Retail products may be returned for an exchange or shop credit within 10 days of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. There are no cash refunds.  

​

On the rare occasion a client is not 100% happy with their service, we offer free redoes upon consultation. We simply ask that you contact us within 1 week of your service and return to the salon within 2 weeks.

There are no refunds for service, however we’re happy to offer a redo or adjustments if you’re not 100% happy with your service. You may wish to see the same stylist, but we understand if you might feel more comfortable seeing someone else on our team.
