Salon Policies Three-Hour Cancellation Policy Lateness, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations greatly affect our ability to provide high quality service. For this reason, a valid credit card number is required to book appointments. Services missed without three business hours' advance notice will be charged to your credit card. Business hours are Tuesday 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. For example, a Friday 9 a.m. appointment must be cancelled by 6 p.m. the night before, allowing us three business hours to fill the cancelled spot.
